Christopher Hills: Director
I started an English language school in Germany in 1978 and began to organise language trips to England the following year. In 2006 I became the director of Cicero, a job which takes up most of my time, but which I enjoy very much. |

Kate Cragoe: Agent Support Manager
I was an English teacher for about 10 years and then took over the marketing and organisation of language trips in England, advising our customers what courses to book, organising the host families, and freetime programmes. I love learning about other cultures, travelling and boating. |

Carrie Reay: Director of Studies in Tunbridge Wells
I've been an English teacher for more than 20 years and Director of Studies here since September 2000. I love watching tennis, rabbits and learning languages. I was born in Canada, have taught in Greece and enjoy travelling. |

Niki Canham: Young Learners' Co-ordinator
I started working as an English teacher in 2004 and since 2006 have worked on Cicero's Young Learners' courses during the summer season. I have also taught in Austria, and started working full-time at Cicero in November 2008 on the organisation of the young learners' courses. I enjoy travelling, skiing and learning about other cultures and European history. |

Melinda May: Accommodation & Welfare Officer in Thanet
I have worked for Cicero since March 2008 and I make the arrangements for you to stay with one of our Host Families. Whilst you are on your course I am also here to make your stay a happy one. I enjoy meeting new people and like talking to them... though probably too much!! I have four children, 3 boys and a girl, so they keep me busy, but I love going to the cinema and eating out. |
