Tunbridge Wells is Cicero's centre for adults and is open all year. It is also the school's main administrative centre.
The Courses
We offer a variety of courses in general and business English as well as examination courses and English plus sport, culture and leisure. Our students come from all over the world.
Group classes have a maximum of 10 students. We also offer intensive one-to-one training.
Requirements
CELTA, or DELTA, or equivalent, plus a degree.
Minimum of two years' full-time TEFL experience.

Remuneration
Cicero offers competitive rates of remuneration. Starting rates depend on experience and qualifications.
Teachers are employed under contract and enjoy the full benefits of holiday and sick pay.

Activities Leader in Tunbridge Wells
This is a part-time post and the hours vary according to the time of year and number of students at the school. During the winter the work involves just a few hours a week, in the main summer season it can easily be 30 or more hours per week.
Duties
The activities organiser is responsible for planning the programme of activities, preparing any information required for sightseeing or visits, preparing information about the programme for the students, talking to the students to find out what they would like to do, booking venues and taxis, purchasing tickets and accompanying students on their activities.
Day trips take place on Saturdays; other activities are usually in the evenings though there some are on weekday afternoons, particularly in the summer.
Requirements
You’ll need an interest in working with people from different countries and backgrounds as the job involves making their stay in England interesting by showing them something of its culture, history and customs. A warm and friendly manner, good organisational skills and attention to detail are also necessary.
As some students are under 18 years of age, we are required to carry out a police check on all members of staff.
