General English Courses

General English Courses GC.20 & GC.30

Levels: beginner to upper intermediate (GC.20) , elementary to upper intermediate (GC.30).
These are group courses for students who want to improve their English for everyday, social, holiday or work use and there is plenty of communication practice. You will become more fluent, increase your vocabulary, learn to express yourself more naturally and understand what people say to you.

Beginners must start on one of the fixed starting dates listed under Entry dates below.

Combination Intensive Courses CI.25, CI.30 & CI.35

Levels: elementary to upper intermediate.
Each morning there are 4 lesson hours of general English in a group class. Each afternoon you have 1, 2 or 3 lesson hours of one-to-one training specially designed to help you with your job or any special needs you have. This is a fast and cost-effective way of achieving your aims in a short period.

Entry dates

Any Monday up to 10th December, 2007 and
between 7th January, 2008 and 15th December, 2008

Beginners can only start on the following dates:
31st March 2008, 2nd June 2008, 7th July 2008, 4th August 2008, 29th September 2008

* The academic year is 36 weeks of tuition plus up to 12 weeks of holiday. Full course fees must be paid in advance.

Accommodation

With a host family with breakfast and main evening meal Monday to Friday and all meals at the weekends: £115 per week
