English and Activies courses for adults in England
Learn English each weekday morning and go on a programme of activities and excursions
Welcome to Cicero's summer special "English and Activities" course for adults in the UK. Cicero is a small and friendly language school in Tunbridge Wells, in the heart of "the Garden of England", which is accredited by the British Council and a member of English UK.
This is a special package price for those over 16 who want to study English in England whilst going on a range of varied and interesting activities each week.
When can I book this course?
You can book this course for 2 or more weeks but your course must take place between
5th July 2010 and 27th August 2010. The minimum course stay is 2 weeks.
You should arrive on a Sunday and depart on a Saturday. Extra nights of accommodation are charged at £25.00 per night.
Is the course suitable for me?
Yes! There are classes for everyone from elementary to upper intermediate and there is a maximum of 10 students to a class. We test and interview everbody on their first day and put you in a class at the right level.
What is included?
- 20 lessons per week Monday to Friday (15 hours)
- accommodation in a single room with a local Cicero host family
- breakfast and main evening meal Monday to Saturday and all meals on Sundays
- full programme of activities and excursions, including travel and admission tickets
What activies are included?

- one full day trip on a Saturday (except the final Saturday, which is the departure day)(e.g. London including sightseeing)
- one half day trip per week (e.g. a visit to Hever Castle)
- four further activities per week (e.g. bowling, cinema, pub evening)
The programme is organised by Cicero and one of our leaders will accompany the group on all the activities.
How much does it cost?
£425 per week. There is also a registration fee of £50 which includes all your course materials.
